Our fruit and vegetables come direct from Borough Market, our meat is from Oxfordshire and fish from Billingsgate. We get cured meats and sausages from small importers and producers in Borough and we hand peel, cut and twice-fry the potatoes that make our amazing chips. Everything is freshly delivered and freshly made and exceedingly good value for money.
